ORDER ACCEPTANCE

The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell ordered product. Tan Girl reserves the rights, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice at any time.

U.S. SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is $4.50 within the Continental US. Packages will typically ship within 1-3 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout, based on package weight.

For non-continental US states and territories, shipping varies based on weight and distance. You’ll find the applicable shipping rate at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  POLICY

No international shipping will be offered at this time. International shipping coming soon.

 

UPDATING SHIPPING ADDRESS: 

When you make a purchase, the web database saves the shipping information you used for the order. Click "View Address" in your customer account and you can update your personal address there. Changes made to addresses after orders are placed may not apply to orders already en route. Please contact info@tangirlselftanner.com with any address errors or updates as soon as possible. If your order ships with an error in your shipping address, the carrier will typically ship the package back to our warehouse. Please notify us as soon as possible if this occurs so we can correct the address and reship the package for you.

BUSINESS DAYS AND HOLIDAYS

Tan Girl is open 8am-5pm MST, Monday-Friday. We are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Day. For shipping purposes, major holidays and days that courier companies do not deliver are not considered business days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel your order, please login into your account and request cancellation, or alternatively, email us at info@tangirlselftanner.com with your order number or call during business hours.

If the order has not yet shipped, there are no fees for cancellation.
If the order has shipped to you or you refuse delivery, you will be responsible shipping fees incurred both ways.  This includes shipping to your address and return shipping back to Tan Girl. This policy applies to all orders.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Tan Girl order, you may return any product in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days from delivery.

If the product you receive is damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, please contact us on: info@tangirlselftanner.com. If the product is unused and in appropriate conditions, we will repair/replace the product or offer you a refund. 

This policy applies to all orders and includes orders that were shipped with promotional or complementary free shipping.

Please ensure you obtain Proof of Postage when you return the product to us. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to you on the original method of payment within 14 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. When returning products to us at Tan Girl you will be responsible for any shipping costs.

Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Authorization to return must be obtained from tangirlselftan.com via e-mail.

DAMAGED DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Please carefully inspect your package upon arrival. You must notify us at info@tangirlselftanner.com within 5 business days if you received a damaged or defective product. It will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you. After 5 business days, please refer to our Return Policy.
